PARTICIPANTS OF ATO AND IDPs RECEIVED SOFT LOANS FOR HOUSING

The State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction continues to fulfil its statutory tasks following the amount of funding for housing programs.

On December 6, on the Celebration Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Board of the SFYH decided to provide several soft long-term state loans for the purchase of housing to IDPs and participants of ATO/JFO.

So, four families received loans at 3% per annum for up to 20 years:

- a member of the ATO/JFO Volodymyr Shpika from Volyn, who is raising a son with his wife; 

- a member of the ATO/JFO Ihor Tesliuk from Ternopil;

- the family of Oleksii Liulchuka, who is an IDP to Sumy from the Donetsk region;

- a member of the ATO/JFO, Serhii Manukalo from Sumy, whose family has two sons, thanks to the unique opportunity provided by the state, will become the owner of a 3-room apartment on favorable terms.

The program of providing soft long-term state loans to IDPs, participants in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and/or Joint Forces Operation (JFO) for the purchase of housing is implemented based on the procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 27 November 2019 No. 980.
