STATE FUND FOR SUPPORT OF YOUTH HOUSING CONSTRUCTION PRESENTED THE PUBLIC REPORT FOR 2021

On February 1, 2022, Public Report on the results of the work of State Fund for Support of Youth Housing Construction in 2021 and the Fund’s plans for 2022 were presented at the National Information Agency Ukrinform.

The results of the State Fund’s work were presented by the Chairman of the Board Serhii Komnatnyi.

Among other major achievements, the size of the authorized capital of the State Fund in 2021 reached UAH 583.3 million, the loan portfolio of the Fund amounted to UAH 2.2 billion and investments to the economy of Ukraine were increased to UAH 819.5 million.

In 2021, 777 contracts were concluded for all programs administered by the State Fund. In particular, youth and other categories were provided with housing - 283 families, internally displaced persons - 301 families (1424 IDP families since 2017), ATO participants - 193 families (total since 2017 – 1275 families).

In total, for almost 30 years of activity of the State Fund – 41668 agreements have been concluded under all programs of the Fund both state and local.
